| Transfer and Special Menus |
Allows you to transfer selected mail messages into and between mailboxes and folders.
- Make Nickname - Allows you to automatically add a sender's e-mail address
to the list of Nicknames or recipient list.
- Remove Recipient - Allows you to remove an addressee from the recipient list.
- Empty Trash -Empties the Trash Box to clear out deleted messages. It's a
good idea to check the Trash Box first to see if there are any messages you
don't want to lose.
- Compact Mailboxes - This option allows you to compress the information in
your mailboxes if you feel they are taking up too much space on the hard drive.
- Configuration - This screen allows you to change the network information and font appearances within Eudora (See Configuring Eudora for more information)
- Switches - This screen is a series of check boxes allowing you to set preferences when dealing with your mail. (See Eudora's Switches)
- Forget Password - If the switch to remember password is on, it can be removed until the next time it is entered by selecting this option.
- Change Password - If you wish to change your password you need to do it here AND on the MaineStreet system.
