Options for Nicknames, Recipients, Folders and Mailboxes are under the
Windows Menu.
Signature
The signature window, which is under the Windows menu, is used to create a
small text file which will automatically appear at the end of each message
you you send. The most common use is by companies to automatically include
the name of the company, address, e-mail address, phone number etc. with each
message. Other uses can be for your favorite salutation, saying, etc.
